Privacy Policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Your gallery is personal. This policy explains what SnapClean accesses, what stays on your device, and how subscription service data is handled.
Photo Library
SnapClean accesses only the photos and videos you make available so you can review clutter and free up device storage. Scanning, grouping, previewing, and cleanup are performed on your device. SnapClean does not upload the contents of your photos or videos to our servers. Your device may display a system confirmation before items are deleted.
Purchases and Service Records
Subscriptions are purchased and managed by Apple App Store or Google Play through your store account. We process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, and a randomly generated app-installation identifier to unlock Premium, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and process subscription lifecycle notifications.
No Advertising or Tracking
SnapClean does not contain advertising or attribution SDKs, does not display third-party advertising, does not access the advertising identifier, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Retention and Security
Cleanup progress and entitlement state may be stored locally on your device. Installation and transaction records may be retained as needed to provide the service, prevent fraud, comply with law, and resolve support requests. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can limit photo access in your device settings, manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account, and restore purchases from the SnapClean paywall. You can remove local app data by deleting the app.
Data Deletion Requests
SnapClean does not create user accounts and does not upload your photo or video contents. To request deletion of data associated with an installation or purchase, email yoosenjet@luxenastudio.com with the subject “SnapClean Data Deletion Request.” If available, include the installation identifier shown by the app or relevant purchase details so we can locate the correct records. We will verify and process eligible requests within 30 days.
We will delete the installation identifier, entitlement status, and related service records that are not required for an ongoing subscription, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. Store transaction records controlled by Apple or Google must be managed through the applicable store account. Records we are legally required to retain are restricted to those purposes and kept only for the period required by applicable law. Local cleanup history and settings can be removed at any time by deleting SnapClean from the device.
Children and Changes
SnapClean is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy when the app, our providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
